During your initial visit, our dental team will begin by gathering relevant personal information and your dental history. We will ask about your medical history, current medications, and any dental concerns or issues you may be experiencing. Providing us with this information helps us understand your overall health and any factors that may impact your dental care.

A refundable deposit of £25 must be taken to secure our complimentary consultations. On arrival this will be refunded or, it can be left on account and used towards any treatment you may decide to choose.

We offer in-house financing for ongoing large sum treatments. Please feel free to speak with us and see if you qualify - we're happy to help! Alternatively, we've partnered with GoCardless where you can quickly and easily apply for financing through them.


All routine dental treatment is included and you'll receive priority access to see your dentist in the event of an emergency. Our Members Plan covers preventative care, identifying potential problems and reducing the risk of pain. You'll have access to our 24 hour dental emergency helpline 365 days a year.
