Following an initial consultation I returned to have a tooth removed and an additional tooth put on... an existing plate (all done on the same day). I was very nervous but Pieter has a wonderful calming professional manner and put me at ease immediately. Hardly felt the injections or tooth being removed. Would highly recommend if you are anxious about visiting a dentist. Have already booked to go back and have more work done.read more

I visited calm and gentle to have a wisdom tooth extracted under sedation. I was extremely anxious... about the whole process, however all the staff made me feel so welcome and at ease straight away. Pieter performed the extraction and was true to their motto of ‘calm and gentle’. A few hours later, I write this review with minimal pain and wondering why I got so stressed about the whole situation. I would highly recommend calm and gentle if like me you may feel anxious about a procedure. Amazing service and I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again if needed.read more

I was absolutely terrified of having my wisdom tooth out but couldn’t stand the pain I was in, so... booked an emergency appointment to get checked out. I called the reception and the lady I spoke to was very calming and reassuring and supported me to book an appointment. My dentist Pieter and nurse Sophie got me through the appointment and made me feel at ease. After having my tooth removed yesterday I’m happy to say I’ll be coming back if I need further treatment! Being a nurse and a Quality Lead myself, I recognise great teams and was thoroughly impressed with the care I received. Thank you all so much!read more

I’ve a real fear of dentists after some truly scary experiences and was apprehensive, but the... team here could not have shown me any more kindness and understanding! Gemma was lovely on the phone explaining everything clearly and very friendly, Jade and Pieter were delightful, calm, patient and extremely helpful in explaining what treatment I need and how to achieve it. I am booked in for the treatment now, I am still scared obviously but I know I’ll be really well looked after and in expert hands. The care plan also is exactly what I was hoping for , this will make things manageable for me also. Superb! Thank you so much guys.read more

I had broken a front tooth. I was sure I would have to get an expensive crown. I am also a very... nervous patient. I was made to feel totally relaxed from the moment I arrived. Within 20 minutes my tooth had been repaired so well i couldn't tell I'd ever broken it. Amazing team and fantastic service. Highly recommend to anyone.read more
